Tex-Mexology

A Michelada is easily, one of the most refreshing drinks you'll ever consume!

'It really does help to cool you off a bit. You need a little energy, some vitamins to pump you up before you can drink the rest of the night and dance. You kinda get a sandwich with every drink'
- Ty Mitchell (Marfa, Texas)

Young Stars

The Trumpler 14 cluster is approximately 500,000 years old. According to the European Space Agency, 'This region of space houses one of the highest concentrations of massive, luminous stars in the entire Milky Way - a spectacular family of young, bright, white-blue stars. These stars are rapidly working their way through their vast supplies of hydrogen, and have only a few million years of life left before they explode as supernova'. Earth's Sun, by comparison, is 4.6 billion years old.

Dub On Ice

While on vacation in Hawaii, I suggested to Ulf Lindemann AKA [Dunkelbunt] that he needed to try an Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and if you're fortunate enough to ever be in Hawaii, I urge you to do the same. Ululani's shaved ice is made with in-house syrups featuring natural fruit purees, fruit extracts, pure cane sugar and purified water.

Best of [dunkelbunt] out now!

Milk & Cookies...With A Conscience

Did you know that it takes a gallon a water to grow one almond? Avoid Almond Milk and try Good Karma Flax Seed Milk, instead. You will not be disappointed! Also, try a much more satisfying version of the "Nutter Butter" style cookie from Back To Nature. Remaining centered while snacking, now that really is good karma!
