My 9 year-old son has very specific tastes, and his favorite frozen pizza is a Tombstone 5-Cheese pizza. He's currently Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarian, but he doesn't know it. For a late night munchie, I decided to bake one of his frozen pizza's, not my first choice, but I was willing to make the most of it!
Start with a frozen Tombstone 5-Chesse Pizza or similar. Drizzle with fresh tomato sauce* and olive oil. Sprinkle some more mozzarella and parmesan, along with basil & crushed red pepper to taste... *Marinate olive oil, white onion, garlic, basil, salt & pepper with Cento San Marzano tomatoes.
Bake pizza at 425+ until completely browned on edges.
